What is Light Catcher Film’s 7 Day Return Policy?

Light Catcher Film is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors. That is why once you’ve received an original artwork, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. Open Edition prints are eligible for return 30 days after the date you received your order.

We charge a restocking fee for all returns, to cover our expenses.

You may return any eligible artwork (i.e. artwork that is not one of the Final Sale items, listed below), provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.

The return guarantee is NOT applicable to the following final sale items:

  • Framed/Matted Open Edition Prints

  • Limited Edition Works (an item that is signed and numbered with its own unique serial number and corresponding signed certificate of authenticity)

  • Special Collection Works (e.g. an “Artist’s Proof” – which is a one-of-a-kind work)

** Please note, artworks that have been altered i.e (stretched, cropped, and/or modified) after purchase are not returnable.
