The night before I left the Marlin Beach in South Beach for a job on Harbour Island in the Bahamas, I was out all night. A woman had given me a beautiful long stemmed rose on my walk back to my room. I placed it in a sapphire-blue crystal vase I was taking back to New York – a gift from my mom up in Fort Lauderdale. I was in the Bahamas for a week at Pink Sands for a lingerie and swim shoot.
